CIEF Design Build Competition 2023
Our Construction and Engineering Academy spent two full days at the Design Build Competition this week and our students were outstanding. This was a tough competition where we were graded based on teamwork, numerous safety inspections that met OSHA standards, overall design and quality of the build, and of course the ability to complete the project while staying within all of the guidelines.
Our students came together and rose to the occasion under tremendous pressure. Lincoln’s team won the highest award, “Best of Show” by earning the most points in all areas and Riley Gray earned a $1,000 scholarship for her academics to peruse architecture.
Of course, none of this would be possible without the incredible efforts of Mr. Dabaco. His hard work and dedication is what ultimately led to our students success.
